Originally from London, England, Peter brings English cheeky charm combined with a New York work ethic and drive to deliver the best possible results for his clients. Peter has a devotion and a commitment recognized amongst his clients for an astute property market knowledge as well as sharing social media content relating it to Fashion, Art, Design and Lifestyle. As a result, he is often given the task of suggesting which bar, restaurant or vacation location his clients should try next!

After earning his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Leeds University, he successfully set up a Juice and Smoothie Business before selling the company to head to the bright lights of London to start renovating beautiful victorian Townhouses. Peter soon began to work towards building a personal real estate portfolio in London driven by a forward thinking approach to locations identified with high growth potential which he continues to expand with a specific focus on Victorian houses.

In 2014, Peter was offered the opportunity to move to NYC and was assigned to oversee the expansion of retail brands looking to grow presence in the USA including identifying new locations and conducting a cost base analysis for the exsisting portfolio. Peter utilized this move to hone his business insight and talent, which combined with his honest and transparent approach to business development has allowed him to grow his extensive network of international and domestic clients in both the UK and US. 

Peter is passionate about real estate and has continued to build on his interest and success in London by representing clients in New York City and Brooklyn. Most recently, he has supported clients, family & friends navigate real estate in NYC and being trusted to sell 3 LOFTS in 95 Lexington Ave,Brooklyn- as well as actively searching for commercial opportunities for clients built on his authentic network of relationships. Peter has continued to build his own personal property portfolio recently purchased a Loft Condo in NY

Peter has contributed to YTD sales of over $100m with notable sales at 15-17 E77 street (Last ask $32.5m) and 944th 5thAve, 9th Floor(Last ask $24.5M)

Peter loves to travel and explore the US, Europe and the Caribbean with the Hamptons, Tulum and Palm Springs providing much needed favored escapes to relax!
