Bryan Tomczuk

As a proud owner of 2 co-op apartments, Bryan understands the buying, selling, renting, and renovation process on a personal level. With more than 16 years real estate experience and hundreds of co-op, condo, and multi-family property sales, Bryan is an experienced broker with a wide range of knowledge and skills. During his career, he has sold more than $ 100,000,000 worth of real estate. For sellers, he is a strategic marketer who markets the property to its full advantage, which can include minor renovations, staging, and de-cluttering. He utilizes all potential strategies when considering a new listing, including working with sellers to stage vacant apartments, analyzing the recent sold, in contract, and available comparable apartments in the building and vicinity, and illuminating potential upsides to the listing. While working through each transaction, Bryan preemptively considers next steps to ensure the transaction moves as smoothly as possible. For purchasers, he takes an advisory approach, closely analyzing sold and in contract listings in much the same way an appraiser does, in order to ensure his clients understand the market value of a property. He also critically analyzes current listings to understand floorplans, photos, and monthly charges so as to not waste his buyer’s time. His experience shows through: he sold over $ 14,000,000 worth of real estate in 2021 alone.

Prior to working in real estate, Bryan worked for several years as a landscape architect at a Manhattan firm specializing in the design and installation of rooftop terrace gardens and townhouse gardens. His design experience lends itself well to envisioning the possibilities for a space. The gut renovations of 2 apartments he owned were educational experiences, and these experiences allow him to act as a resource for his purchasers when considering spaces that have untapped potential.

Customers and clients enjoy Bryan’s constant attention to detail, engaging approach, and sense of humor. When not hard at work for his customers or clients, Bryan enjoys traveling, skiing, cooking, and running. Bryan graduated cum laude from Fordham University in New York City with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and Visual Arts. He spent a year abroad at University College London. Originally from the Philadelphia area, Bryan was also a men’s figure skater who competed at the national level.
