Adrien Gouirand

Adrien, born in France to a French-Brazilian family, grew up in a dynamic bicultural environment on the French Riviera. He later moved to Paris, where he earned a Master’s degree in Finance from the prestigious Université Paris Dauphine. Adrien began his career at a Paris-based investment fund specializing in real estate, where he honed his financial expertise, enabling him to provide tailored advice and solutions to his clients.

Since joining Barnes New York in 2019, Adrien has focused on advising global investors and family offices. Licensed in both Florida and New York, he has successfully handled deals across both residential and commercial sectors, serving a diverse clientele.

Adrien has also organized and spoken at numerous conferences on U.S. real estate investment across Europe, the UK, and South America. Fluent in French, English, and Portuguese, he bridges cultural gaps to offer personalized service to his international clients.
