Alexander has represented and sold a wide range of cooperative, condominium, townhouse, and new development properties across New York City, including residences at 15 Central Park West, 350 West Broadway, 969 Fifth Avenue, 415 Greenwich Street, 110 Charlton Street, and 1035 Fifth Avenue, as well as numerous townhomes ranging from 17 to 40 feet wide. He also represented and completed the full-building sellout of The Penthouse Collection and Residences at 225 West 17th Street in Chelsea. His work has frequently resulted in record-setting pricing across a range of properties.

Prior to joining Sotheby’s International Realty, Alexander worked in real estate private equity and investment banking at Avenue Capital Group and Credit Suisse.

A native New Yorker, Alexander graduated from Trinity School and Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he studied international political economy, finance, and Mandarin Chinese. Extensive travel throughout Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and South America continues to shape his understanding of global wealth movement, international buyer behavior, and New York City real estate.
