Avi dove into real estate full-time after working on the fast-paced trading floor at Morgan Stanley, and has excelled ever since. He won Rookie of the Year in his first year in the business, 2007, was honored as Agent of the Year multiple times, and recently ranked in the top tier of agents at another major brokerage, as well as in the Top 1% nationwide.

In his tenure, Avi has sold, and continues to sell everywhere, from Wall Street to 116th Street, to Brooklyn and Long Island City. He’s done resales as well as new development, including a brand new construction in Bedford-Stuyvesant. Never afraid of hard work, Avi has the tenacity, knowledge, experience and competitive edge to guide any client through the purchase or sale process with confidence and ease. To him, his work is not about “selling,” but more about educating, and providing honest guidance that helps people make the right decisions for their needs and lifestyle.

Avi grew up in Israel where he served a mandatory three-year term in the Israeli Army. He was offered the opportunity to play professional soccer and received full scholarships to the University of Memphis and University of Bridgeport, completing his BS in Finance and minor in International Business in just over three years. Avi resides in Columbus Circle. He owns two investment properties, and loves sports, yoga and world travel in his leisure time.
