With nearly two decades of experience in residential and commercial real estate, Ariel Tavivian has executed over 800 transactions totaling more than $1.5 billion. As Co-Founder of The Tavivian Team, he leads business development, investor relations, and deal structuring, ensuring clients gain access to well-vetted opportunities and strategic guidance in an evolving market.

In addition to brokerage, he co-founded Compit, a leading real estate valuation platform designed to bring data-driven precision to property analysis and decision-making. His ability to merge market expertise with technology has provided buyers, sellers, and investors with a sharper, more strategic approach to real estate transactions.

His background in high-stakes negotiations, investment strategy, and deal execution makes him a trusted advisor to clients ranging from individual buyers to institutional investors. A disciplined approach to business stems from early years in Israel’s Research Intelligence division and as a national karate champion, reinforcing an analytical mindset and commitment to performance.

Previously served as President of Magen David of Manhattan and remains actively involved in philanthropic initiatives.
