Bobby Florian

Bobby Florian is a lifelong New Yorker who grew up in Queens and has spent most of his life studying and working in New York City. With over a decade of experience in carpentry and real estate, Bobby has developed a deep knowledge of Manhattan's diverse neighborhoods, enabling him to provide his clients with exceptional real estate experiences.

Bobby's interest in real estate began while working in his father's carpentry business, renovating Manhattan apartments. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College, he joined Bond New York, one of the top organizations in the industry, to further his real estate career.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Bobby is a dedicated student of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under Marcelo Garcia. He approaches his work with the same discipline and focus as his martial arts training, going above and beyond to ensure his clients have an excellent experience whether they are buying, selling, or leasing real estate in New York.
