If you’ve ever longed to live in what was once the home of a headline-grabbing celebrity couple, you now have a chance to do so. Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo’s former SoHo loft has been listed again for over $6 million. Although the couple (whose current relationship status is unknown following the Maroon 5 singer’s notorious cheating scandal) have only owned the loft for two years, it’s still the stuff of luxury and glamour. Here’s a peek inside the two-bed, two-bath loft at 112 Greene St. #3.

The Price: $6,295,000

The median asking price for a home in SoHo was $4.4 million this August according to the StreetEasy Data Dashboard, so the loft, which Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo originally sold in 2016, isn’t too far from the norm for the neighborhood. The buyer will be on the hook for $31,097 a month, assuming a 20% minimum down payment of $1.26 million. This includes a mortgage payment of $29,197 and a maintenance fee of $1,900, which isn’t too bad considering the building’s prestige.

What’s Inside

This through-floor loft is a total dream. Designed by Augusta Hoffman, the entire space has been executed to a T, with gorgeous tin ceilings, exposed wood beams, and cast-iron columns. Oversized windows that are east- and west-facing let tons of light into the open floor plan. The main living area is divided into two spaces by the open-concept kitchen in the middle of the space. This kitchen has everything you could need and more, and every element has been expertly curated, from the wine fridge to the walnut countertops to the millwork cabinetry.

On one side of the kitchen is a great entertainment space featuring a wall of custom built-ins. This provides an ideal area to entertain or relax, while the opposite side of the living area can be a more formal dining or working space. Either way, you have plenty of room to use as you see fit!

The primary bedroom features a huge walk-in closet and an elegant en-suite, spa-like bathroom. Here you’ll find a Victoria + Albert soaking tub, an expansive standing shower, and marble finishings throughout. The second bathroom is located next to the second bedroom. While it’s smaller, it still includes a large stall shower, marble sink, and dark plaster walls.

Of course, you’ll also find all the expected luxuries in the unit, including a laundry room, an additional walk-in closet, and a large patio. Plus, the keyed elevator brings you directly to the living room!

…And What’s Inside the Building

Aside from housing celebrities, 112 Greene has quite the history and reputation. The six-story, six-unit building is a classic cast iron store-and-loft building in the heart of SoHo. Designed by Henry Fernbach in 1883, it was previously used as an art exhibition space and as the Greene Street Recording Studio.

Currently, a Stella McCartney store occupies the ground-floor commercial space. The building has private, keyed elevators and is perched perfectly between Spring Street and Prince Street, so the new owners will never be far from great shopping and dining. On the building’s block alone, you’ll find Louis Vuitton, Tiffany & Co, Versace, Dior, and Givenchy!
