We’ve made a few updates to the Agent Tools experience on desktop to provide a more streamlined, efficient user experience. With these changes, it’s easier to navigate your listing information and quicker to perform daily tasks. Check out what’s new and improved.

    Insight into your listing’s activity

    Listing Insights provides a comprehensive summary of your sale and rental listing activity and performance over time, including views, searches, inquiries, and more. You’ve seen this information before — but you now have a more streamlined view that is easy to navigate and understand. Simply toggle between Sales and Rentals to view your active listings, and click View Insights to dig deeper into a specific listing’s activity.

    Listing Insights has three sections: Highlights, Listing Activity, and Similar Homes. Here’s what you can expect in each section:

    • Highlights: Streamlined overview of your listing’s price, days on market, and views.
    • Listing Activity: Visualization of your listing’s number of views over your choice of time period: the past 7, 14, 30, or 60 days. Additionally, under More activity totals you’ll see the listing’s total messages, saves, and shares since going on the market. 
    • Similar Homes: See how your listing compares to similar homes on StreetEasy.

    Quickly filter and sort listings

    On your Listings page, you now have more options to sort and filter the listings you want to see, reducing the time and effort required to find what you’re looking for. For rental management companies, there is new visibility into off-market listings, providing helpful historical context. 

    With the expanded menu of options, you have the ability to:

    • Filter listings by address, listing status, name of lister, room count, Featured, has an open house, and out-of-date
    • Sort listings by date (newest/oldest), bedrooms (most/fewest), price (highest/lowest), Featured, and Agent Spotlight
    • Sort and filter off-market listings by address, off-market date, listing status, name of lister, and room count

    Understand your listing’s status

    On each sale or rental listing, you’ll see a tag denoting the listing’s status. Hover over the status to see a quick description of what the status means. This tag and descriptor make it easier to track and understand your listing’s status at every stage — from Draft to In Review, Sold, and more.

    Create and feature listings faster

    It’s easier than ever to create a new listing or feature a listing right from your Listings page. 

    To create a new sale or rental listing, simply click CREATE NEW LISTING at the top right corner of the page to easily start the process.

    To feature a listing, you have two options: select FEATURE LISTINGS at the top of the list, or on an individual listing card.
