Kathryn O'Shea-Evans
Kathryn O'Shea-Evans wanted to live in NYC so much as an Oregon-based child that she wore an antique subway token on a necklace from the ages of 10 to 22....when she moved to Manhattan, and her life officially began. After starting her journalism career as an intern at Travel + Leisure magazine, she moved quickly through the ranks of magazine mastheads, and eventually landed herself a senior editor position at Hearst's decor grande dame, House Beautiful magazine. She has lived on the Upper West Side; in Park Slope, Brooklyn; and Astoria, Queens. Kathryn is so obsessed with NYC history that in her next life, she would like to be a particularly peppy tour guide at the Tenement Museum or the Frick.
