Charles Grodin and his Riverside Drive apartment.

The lovable and multitalented Charles Grodin is ending his run at the 33 Riverside Drive co-op he and his wife Elissa Durwood have owned for the past 12 years.

Just a week after transferring the 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment to an irrevocable trust in the actor’s name, the couple has listed the view unit for $3.2 million. Michele Kleier and Sabrina Kleier-Morganstern are the co-brokers.

Grodin’s film career included a starring role in “The Heartbreak Kid,” and he hosted his own talk show on CNBC. He and his wife, a novelist, paid $2.7 million for the Riverside Drive unit in 2006.

The apartment may be in need of an update, but it carries all the requisite prewar bones and details. The classic Upper West Side building, situated between 75th and 76th streets, dates to 1928 and famously housed the Gershwin brothers and Sergei Rachmaninoff.
