Best feature: For starters, this place is huge, measuring 850 square feet, and has bonkers views. (The first picture in that set above is actually the view from the living room.) The interiors are also nicely updated, and the building has a full-time doorman.

Why it’s a deal: The median rent in Clinton Hill is $2,800. This unit is priced 3.6 percent below that.

Biggest drawback: The closest train station is the G at Clinton-Washington street. For a direct ride to Manhattan, you’ll have to walk about half a mile to the C at Lafayette Avenue. Also, the apartment is on the 10th floor of an elevator building, which could be a pain if you have a dog to walk or laundry to get from the basement.

But if those are the only tradeoffs for a top-floor unit in a pet-friendly building, we’ll take it.
