David Cone is about the celebrate the 20th anniversary of his perfect game, but the former New York Yankees pitcher is still looking for the sweet spot for pricing on his Greenwich Lane apartment.

The New York Post was first to report that Cone, along with his partner Taja Abitbol — a Douglas Elliman broker and real estate investor — have put their 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom condo at 160 W. 12th St. in Greenwich Village back on the market for $9.9 million. The couple originally sought $10.5 million in 2017, and tried again last spring at $9.975 million.

The floor-through apartment runs 2,818 square feet, and boasts a large balcony. Abitbol is the listing agent, along with Andrea Wohl Lucas.

Cone, who was a New York Mets pitcher before heading to the Bronx, is a commentator for the Yankees YES network. A celebration of his July 1999 perfect game is in the works. Hopefully, Cone can pop some champagne corks to news of an apartment sale, too. Take a look at more photos of Cone’s apartment below.
