As usual, the event kicked off with a market report from our economist, Nancy Wu. Her discussion went beyond trends and charts, however, as Bohemia Realty Group’s Heather Huff chimed in to lend a boots-on-the-ground perspective. Heather also answered some of Nancy’s questions about how the latest trends are playing out in the real world.

Next, they discussed Nancy’s recent report on the challenges facing low-income New Yorkers who hold housing vouchers. They ended by answering questions from agents who tuned in, and Nancy offered her predictions for the NYC market in 12, 24, and 36 months.
