Whatcha gonna do when Hulkmania runs wild on you, brother? If you’re Gawker founder and proprietor Nick Denton, you start by renting out your two-bedroom Soho condo for $15k/month.

After publishing a sex tape of the former pro-wrestler without his consent, Hulk Hogan sued news blog Gawker for defamation in a trial that dragged on for years. The trial recently came to a close, awarding Hogan a total of $140 million of which Denton is personally on the hook for $10 million.

Denton purchased the condo for $1.87 million back in 2004. With ceilings exceeding 12 feet in height and luxurious touches, including two walk-in closets, a teak Japanese soaking tub and large limestone bath, it’s hard to believe no one has snagged this listing after 22 days on the market.

The unit is available furnished or unfurnished and has access to a roof deck, just in time for summer. Building amenities include an elevator, full-time doorman and storage. Denton is asking a minimum of a one-year lease.
