The Space

We found an apartment that checked every box on West Elm’s wish list (which included a downtown location, 3-4 bedrooms, an open kitchen and a fireplace) at 80 East 10th Street, a new condo development from Parametric Development Group. West Elm transformed the home into the ultimate winter wonderland using their just-launched holiday collection — meaning that everything within the house can be purchased, including the apartment itself, which is currently on the market for $7.5M.
