Lauren Graham’s Fifth Avenue pad finally sold.

Hey “Gilmore Girls” fans — if you wanted to own a piece of real estate that once belonged to Lauren Graham, aka Lorelai Gilmore from the hit WB series, you’re out of luck. After lingering on the market for more than 130 days, Graham’s 1-bedroom Greenwich Village co-op finally sold for $825,000. She had initially listed the unit at 24 Fifth Ave. for $850,000.

Graham, whose other notable works include the NBC series “Parenthood” and several episodes on HBO’s “Curb Your Enthusiasm,” initially bought the place in 2014 for $570,000 — $20,000 above the asking price.

According to the listing description, Graham utilized the services of interior designer Eric Hughes, who gave the apartment new life with a top-to-bottom renovation. The built-in drawers and armoires are a nice touch in the bedroom.

The kitchen got a bit of a facelift with a classic subway tile backsplash and a Carrera marble countertop.

Naturally, the bathroom is completely wrapped in white subway tile to maintain the classic prewar look.

Amenities at 24 Fifth Ave. include a full-time doorman and elevator. Cats and dogs are allowed. Additional perks include a pied-à-terre usage and subletting. And to make a sale even easier, guarantors, parental purchases, and co-purchasing are allowed.
