The 11,000-square-foot triplex at 176 Perry St. #10S in the West Village has been in his possession since 2010, but it looks like the man of many talents has decided to move on. Let’s take a look inside the Wolverine and Greatest Showman star’s digs.

The Price: $38,900,000

Yes, you read that right, this apartment has been listed for nearly $40 million! A 20% minimum down payment would require $7,780,000 in cold hard cash, and would lead to monthly payments of $244,319. (Which could get you a whole house in many places in the suburbs.) In addition to the mortgage payment of $183,193, the buyer would be on the hook for the condo’s monthly common charges of $42,372 and monthly taxes of $18,754.

Inside the Apartment…

Designed by architect Richard Meier, this condo is a modernist’s dream. It comprises the 8th, 9th, and 10th floors of the Meier South Tower, a 16-story minimalist building in the West Village overlooking the Hudson River. Each floor is connected by a white spiral staircase with completely solid guardrails, almost resembling a slide. Additionally, each floor has its own sizable balcony.
