Rental Boost is StreetEasy’s improved advertising solution for rental listings, offering more flexibility than the previous solution’s weekly payment structure and fixed exposure options could provide. In addition to getting your listings in front of one of NYC’s largest rental audiences, you can take advantage of premium placements for even more exposure.
Rental Boost offers three plans to choose from, so you can opt for what best aligns with your budget and exposure needs. Payment is on a per-day basis (billed on the first of the month) and you can easily move between plans for more independent control over your advertising, giving you the tools you need to gain a competitive edge.

Rental Boost offers three plans to choose from, which increase in price and exposure as you move up:
Basic
Publish your listings across our NYC Rental Network: StreetEasy, Zillow, Trulia, and Hotpads.
Plus
Everything in Basic, plus:
- Prominent placement in StreetEasy renter emails
- Place your listing ads on similar listing pages on StreetEasy
Premium
Everything in Basic and Plus, with the ability to:
- Feature your listings in top spots on StreetEasy search result pages
Pay-per-day flexibility
Rental Boost allows you to pay per day with no minimum investment required. You can change your plan directly from your StreetEasy account whenever you need, giving you more control over your budget and advertising strategy.
For added flexibility, you can create an ad plan schedule to automatically upgrade or downgrade your plan on a specified day. Just edit the rental listing in your StreetEasy account, go to the AD PLAN tab, and choose the plan you’d like to start with. On the next page, edit your Ad plan schedule by choosing an end date for the starting plan and selecting a new plan to begin the following day, and save when finished.
You’ll see the total spend for the ad plan schedule you’ve created, helping you manage your budget and spending targets. Follow the same steps to edit or delete the schedule at any time.
More premium placement opportunities
Our Plus and Premium plans give you additional options to attract even more leads. Listings in these plans appear at the top of relevant search results, and in other placements across StreetEasy — such as renter emails and similar listing pages — so there are more chances for renters to see them.
Quick and seamless activation
Activating Rental Boost is simple, and you can do it anytime, anywhere. Just log into your StreetEasy account, find and edit your rental listings, and choose a plan for each. No, there have been no changes made to Featured Listings for sales listings.
Can I use Rental Boost to advertise my New Jersey rental listings?
You can purchase any Rental Boost plan for your NJ listings at a lower rate. However, NJ listings will not appear on Zillow, Trulia, or Hotpads. Contact us for more information.
