Are you going to go Lenny Kravitz’s way? If so, then maybe you have to consider buying a condo unit at The Kent. The brand-new residential building at 200 East 95th Street in Yorkville is set to welcome newcomers to its amenity-packed interiors. That includes a music studio designed by none other than the rock-steady music man. Too bad the grand opening of The Kent and his cool music room comes as Kravitz is mourning the death of his friend and musical collaborator, Prince.

Outfitted with piano, drums and amps, this has to be one of the first buildings to offer such an enticing playroom for residents. The room is studded with flat-screens and speaker systems that make it suitable for movie viewing and dance parties.
