Live demos offer a new way to connect with our customer support team.

Last week, StreetEasy introduced an updated listing entry experience and the Agent Tools app. To make sure agents have the proper training and insight to optimize the new tools, we hosted an agent tools workshop, which was our first-ever live product demo. We intend to hold more in-person events in the future and would love to hear your suggestions. Or,  sign up to attend an upcoming roundtable. Below are some highlights of last week’s workshop.

Live Demos Every Hour On the Hour

At the agent tools workshop, StreetEasy’s customer support team was on-site to walk attendees through the product updates. Every hour on the hour, the team led live demos of the improved listing entry platform and the new app. Afterward, attendees were invited to participate in breakout sessions and 1:1 discussions to ask questions about posting listings, the app and anything else about using about StreetEasy.

Earlier this year, StreetEasy hosted a series of industry events including an overview of the NYC real estate market led by Nancy Wu, our in-house economist, and several roundtable discussions at our office. And we’ve heard directly from agents about the value of StreetEasy’s Hotsheets email newsletter, StreetEasy’s listing integrity service, and the new StreetEasy Data Dashboard. These events have helped us develop richer relationships with agents and improve the products we offer.
