Which is the story of how Joe Lockhart and his wife, Giovanna Gray, have elected to rent their D.C. mansion to Barack Obama and his family.
But, where are the Lockharts going? According to Luxury Listings, the Lockharts have settled on a $5.5 million condo in Tribeca. The sprawling unit at 415 Greenwich Street in the Tribeca Summit covers over 2,600 square feet and contains 3 bedrooms (with a convertible 4th) and 3.5 baths. Joe Lockhart has traded his Washington career to be the new head of communications for the National Football League. Between Tom Brady’s Inflate-Gate suspension case and concussion dangers for NFL players, Lockhart may not have too much time to sit around this gorgeous condo. Neither will Giovanna, who is the Washington editor of Glamour magazine.
