After renting it out, Penn Badgley and Domino Kirke sold their Williamsburg 3-bedroom in August.

“Gossip Girl” alum Penn Badgley and singer Domino Kirke might be two of New York’s most low-key stars. They quietly got married in 2017 in a civil ceremony at the Brooklyn courthouse and rarely make public appearances together. So, it makes sense that the sale of their stunning Williamsburg loft would fly under the radar. But StreetEasy recently learned that this dynamic duo sold their 3-bedroom, 2-bath pad in the Mill Building in August for $2.15 million.

Before listing the apartment for its original price of $2.395 million, the pair had it available for rent beginning April 2018, for a cool $8,500 per month. And no wonder: The nearly-2,000-square-foot condo has an ideal combination of historic character and modern design.

Inside are exposed wooden beams and columns, planked hardwood floors, oversized windows, and soaring, 13-foot ceilings. Upon entering, you walk through a small foyer area that opens to sprawling living space comprised of both a sitting and dining area. Built-in bookshelves and a small desk line one wall and blend seamlessly into the exposed beams.

Of course, with all this room for entertaining, the unit needs a kitchen to handle the task. The gorgeous chef’s kitchen features plenty of counter space and cabinets, Sub-Zero appliances, and an oversize pantry. Although large, the kitchen is tucked to the side before the entertaining space to keep it slightly separate from the common area.

Elsewhere are 2 equally sized bedrooms, one of which was used as a home office during Badgley and Kirke’s tenure. Meanwhile, the separate master suite boasts a walk-in closet and large bath with a soaking tub, shower, and double vanity.

And if you still needed more storage space, there’s an oversize utility room that doubles as a laundry room.

As far as building amenities go, residents enjoy a full-time doorman, available onsite parking and a roof terrace complete with views of Manhattan. Oh, and the location can’t be beaten: The palatial pad is just steps from the subway, ferry, Whole Foods, Equinox, and local Williamsburg restaurants and shops galore.

It’s unclear where Badgley and Kirke moved, but they’re most certainly based in New York, as Kirke has a popular doula collective and agency based in the city.  The childbirth expert and singer has previously said she lived with Badgley in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, along with her son, Cassius.
