After being listed for just over a year, Ramona Singer of “The Real Housewives of New York” has finally sold her Upper East Side apartment for $4,025,000. The spacious, 4-bedroom unit in the Richmond, a luxury condo building at 201 E. 80th St., was originally listed in June 2018 for $4,995,000.

According to Architectural Digest, Singer found a new apartment about 20 blocks south of her UES place.  Singer put her home on the market mainly because her 23-year-old daughter, Avery, moved out and Singer wanted to downsize. But, don’t be concerned about her living arrangements these days. That’s because she’s living large at her place in the Hamptons, where she posts plenty of Instagram shots of her time there.

Singer’s UES property is easily recognizable to longtime fans of “RHONY,” although it was recently renovated by Singer herself. The gorgeous apartment is open and filled with light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living and dining area and the master suite. Notably, the kitchen has been upgraded with stainless steel appliances and white marble countertops.

That white marble carries through into the master bathroom, which also features a double vanity, a soaking tub and glass-walled shower. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, and there are two more throughout the apartment. While Singer’s unit currently has 4 bedrooms, it can easily be converted into a 5-bedroom via the floor plan below.

The unit also has a washer and dryer, a powder room, and an integrated audio system. There’s no shortage of amenities when it comes to the building, either: a full-time doorman, concierge, live-in super, and access to a beautiful rooftop deck are all included.
