Unfortunately, the building doesn’t have an elevator. Plus, Hicks Street runs right next to the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway, although it’s unclear if any of the windows in this unit face the street. Still, for under $500K and a convenient location in Cobble Hill, this one is definitely worth shortlisting.
