To better understand your needs, we recently began hosting roundtable discussions for NYC agents. We’ve learned a lot about how we can improve our data reporting, how agents make use of free tools like Hotsheets and what tasks might be useful in a mobile app. Feedback then gets circulated to appropriate StreetEasy teams and is incorporated into our product decisions.
These conversations are so valuable that we’ve decided to continue them on a monthly basis through the end of the year.
