Between StreetEasy and our network sites, 90% of New York City buyers and renters use our services to find their next home[i] . While we can serve up the listing information, only agents can get them across the finish line and into the property of their dreams.
As indispensable partners in New Yorkers’ home searches, it’s critical for us to work together. Here are three new ways to connect and communicate with the StreetEasy team. Please get involved – we want to hear from you!
Join Roundtables with StreetEasy & Your Peers
StreetEasy is now hosting regular roundtable discussions with local agents to find out what’s working, what isn’t and what agents would like to see in the future. Once we collect the feedback we share it across StreetEasy teams so it can be incorporated into our products and services. If you’d like to join us for lunch and share feedback with our team, sign up for an agent roundtable here.
Get Featured on the Agent Resource Center
Our Agent Resource Center offers research, tips and industry insights for the NYC agent community. We’re working to incorporate more agent voices so we’d love to hear from you. If you have a particular area of expertise when it comes to NYC real estate, or a success story you’d like to share, we’re all ears. Pitch us a story here.
Meet the Industry Team
StreetEasy has a team dedicated to the NYC real estate community, including specialists across industry relations, communications, marketing, research and product. This team is focused on making sure that the local agent and brokerage communities have the tools they need to succeed. Here are just a few of those team members:
Stephanie Schonholz, Director, Industry Relations
Stephanie is responsible for industry relations and brokerage partnerships for StreetEasy, Naked Apartments and Out East. She focuses on building relationships with the local brokerage community, engaging in consistent communication with senior brokerage leadership and ensuring feedback makes its way to our product, business development and executive teams. Stephanie is a native New Yorker and has more than a decade of experience in real estate technology, previously holding leadership roles at CityRealty and REOL Services, a digital strategy and marketing consultant for the real estate industry.
Lisa Holden, Senior Manager, Industry Communications
A brand and communications professional, Lisa joined StreetEasy to foster a rich, two-way dialogue with NYC agents. Her job is to develop new programs to connect and engage agents, such as in-person events, surveys and roundtable discussions. Lisa also acts as an internal evangelist, circulating agent feedback back to StreetEasy teams. She is also responsible for communicating announcements, market research and other StreetEasy updates to the agent community.
Mariela Quintana, B2B Content Marketing Manager
A native New Yorker and current Brooklyn resident, Mariela has worked in various roles on StreetEasy’s marketing and editorial teams since 2012. She has covered topics relating to all things local real estate and is ceaselessly curious about New York City’s history, architecture and neighborhoods. She’s now shifted her expertise to focus on the industry community, spending her days researching and composing articles that help agents do their jobs better. You can find her work right here on the Agent Resource Center, the editorial hub dedicated to agents.
From Stephanie, Lisa, Mariela and the entire industry team at StreetEasy, we look forward to working with you and hope to see you at one of our engagements soon!
[i] According to the StreetEasy Q1 2019 Brand Tracking Survey, 91% of buyers and 88% of renters in New York City have used at least one of the NYC Network sites (StreetEasy, Zillow or Trulia) in the past year.
