Shonda Rhimes, the creative mastermind responsible for television hits like “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Scandal,” and “How to Get Away with Murder,” has just purchased a stunning Lenox Hill penthouse at 775 Park Ave. for a hefty $11.75 million — $750,000 below the unit’s last asking price of $12.5 million.  There’s lots to cover here, so put on your white hat and take a tour of her new digs.
