Sold? Well, when your celebrity broker takes to Instagram to announce the sale, it must be true. That’s exactly how Fredrik Eklund dished the news that Sarah Jessica Parker and Matthew Broderick have finally cast off their Greenwich Village townhouse.

The pristinely renovated Greenwich Village property was purchased by SJP and hubby Matthew Broderick for $19 million in 2011. Then they meticulously re-did the entire building but, due to privacy concerns, chose never to move in. The 6,800-square-foot dwelling was then listed for sale for $25 million in 2012, but saw a few price drops down to its last reported list price of $19.950 million.

The stately Manhattan townhouse is a generous 25.5 feet wide and is located just off Fifth Avenue at 20 East 10th Street. The home has 7 fireplaces, a double parlor with 12.5-foot ceilings, a private, tiered garden connected to the chef’s kitchen. The third floor — called the Guest Floor — has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, while the fourth floor holds the entire master suite with multiple walk-in closets and giant terrace.
