Despite a cooling of super high-end luxury condo sales along Billionaires’ Row, count Sting and wife Trudie Styler as having the magic touch for attracting a well-heeled buyer.

According to the New York Post, Sting and Styler have a buyer for their duplex penthouse at 15 Central Park West, with a $50 million contract reportedly in place. Sting and Styler had been seeking $56 million for their custom-designed, 5,417-square-foot residence.

The sale cements the move Sting and Styler will make from 15 CPW to 220 Central Park South, another Robert A.M. Stern building that better appeals to the couple, who reportedly found 15 CPW a bit “too stuffy.” The new Stern building won’t be ready until next year, but has already topped the charts with stories of its $200 million penthouse reportedly being sold to hedge fund manager Ken Griffin.

The Sting/Styler apartment has 4 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms (including a massive walk-in shower that surely soothed the fitness buff Sting) and a 400-foot terrace. The views of Central Park are pretty nice, too.
