We are excited to share the news that for the fourth year in a row, StreetEasy and Zillow Group have been named to Fortune’s list of the Best Workplaces in New York. The recognition is based on a confidential survey given to thousands of employees working for various companies based in New York state.

At Zillow Group, we place a huge emphasis on fostering a listening culture that allows and encourages people to share their ideas and work together to turn those ideas into innovations that drive our company forward. Throughout the pandemic, overwhelming employee feedback told us we would be #BetterTogether if we found a way to make working here more flexible and supportive, so we did.

Zillow Group was one of the first companies to announce an extended work-from-home option for our thousands of employees, and we have taken a new approach to setting the standard for what a post-pandemic flexible workforce looks like ever since. Today, 90% of Zillow Group employees have the flexibility to work where they are most productive: the office, home, or a combination. Our flexible workforce culture is creating a more inclusive, more personalized, more flexible, and more efficient way of working.

Now, employees don’t have to live in (or near!) New York City to work for the most loved NYC real estate brand. Of the 130+ employees that work on the StreetEasy brand, over two dozen now live outside of the 5 boroughs.
