Light-colored hardwood floors provide a bright and classic feel, and there’s a conveniently placed closet in the entryway next to the kitchen.

The building is located on Eastern Parkway, so it may get a bit loud — although there’s a service road and a walking/bike path between the building and the main parkway. The kitchen is also on the smaller side and has limited storage. That said, if you’re looking to buy in increasingly popular Prospect Heights, this might be your chance!
