StreetEasy General Manager Susan Daimler, who was recently named to The Inman Top 101, has added yet another honor to her list.

The New York Business Journal named Daimler as one of its 79 distinguished honorees for its 2016 Class of Women of Influence, a program that “recognizes women business leaders in the New York City area who innovate, succeed and “pay it forward.”

Daimler oversees all strategy, marketing, sales and customer operations for StreetEasy. She has led the company to its first-ever Webby Award, as well as being named as one of Crain’s 2015 Best Places to Work in NYC.

The one word that describes you: Assertive

What is your proudest career accomplishment? That I’ve earned the flexibility to choose if, where and how I work.

What is your philosophy as a mentor? I want to see action! I always want people to make changes and take control of the things they can. There is nothing I find more frustrating than people who are frozen and paralyzed. So while I love to listen, I also like to make suggestions and champion action.
