Virtual Tours Are Here To Stay - Webinar Recording

“To get the deal to close, we need each other — as colleagues.” JoAnne Kao, real estate agent with Berkshire Hathaway and one of the panelists featured in StreetEasy’s latest webinar, Virtual Tours Are Here to Stay, went on to explain how consumer demands have shifted. Certain technological components are now essential to a NYC real estate transaction, making it more important than ever for agents to connect with and rely on one another to help buyers, sellers, and renters cross the finish line.

If you missed it, check out the full discussion below. Kao, along with fellow agents Stacey Froelich from Compass and Nikki Beauchamp with Engel & Völkers all shared details of how they’ve adapted to real estate’s new normal as our city cautiously reopens.

Highlights From Audience Q&A

The second half of the webinar was devoted to answering live questions from the audience, centering around the use of top virtual tour tech like Zillow 3D Home® tours, Matterport, and others.

The trio also offered some tips for getting more comfortable with newer tools, including free resources on LinkedIn Learning, plus tech outlets to follow like TechCrunch and thought leaders like Marc Benioff. Finally, the panelists extended an invitation to connect, reminding agents that while many in the field work independently, there’s plenty of room for collaboration.
