However, with two bedrooms, this place has plenty of value, and is still priced well below the Manhattan median asking price of $1.6 million.
Buyers who choose to put down the 20% minimum down payment of $115,000 can expect to see estimated monthly payments of $3,829. This includes an estimated mortgage payment of $3,054 and maintenance fees of $775.

Secondly, all the large windows in the unit are facing north, which means you won’t get a ton of direct sunlight throughout the day.
