The Real Housewives of New York City delivered big drama in its 12th epic season (hello, Ramona-coaster!), which premiered April 2, 2020 on Bravo. While longstanding cast member Bethenny Frankel and season 11 guest Barbara Kavovit have exited the show, Leah McSweeney — pal of Tinsley Mortimer — is filling their Louboutins. What’s more, nearly all of the women have left their former pads for enviable new digs this year. So let’s take a quick spin around town to see where Luann practices cabaret, Ramona sips her eponymous Pinot Grigio, and Dorinda makes it nice. Here’s a peek at the Real Housewives of New York season 12 cast’s homes.
Where does Bethenny Frankel live these days? While the Skinnygirl tycoon is now off the show, you may still spot her walking her adorable pups Biggy and Smallz around SoHo.
Last year Frankel tried to unload the Mercer Street pad she purchased for $4.2 million in 2014, as she enjoyed her sleek 4,000-square-foot loft several blocks away. In January, she finally sold the apartment at a loss of $3.65 million.
And while her Bridgehampton home remains part of her impressive real estate portfolio, Frankel just flipped the Morning Glory House for $2.28 million. She had nabbed the place as an investment property three years ago for $2.03 million.

Dubbed “Sonja Morgan’s Home for Wayward Girls” by Carole Radziwill, Lady Morgan’s Upper East Side townhouse was certainly the most iconic of the Real Housewives of New York homes. It also saw its fair share of overnight (and long-term) guests.
But last season, the hostess with the mostest moved to a contemporary new rental near Columbus Circle and put the 4,650-square-foot townhouse on the rental market for $32,000 a month. According to the listing on StreetEasy, Sonja appears to have had some success renting it out for that amount.
Mortimer’s days of crashing among the stuffed (and live) animals at Sonja’s townhouse appear to be over. (As does ordering room service like a grown-up Eloise at the Marmara Park Avenue.)
She and on-and-off boyfriend Scott Kluth are now officially engaged and living in a downtown Chicago apartment with stunning views of the Windy City. It’s unclear if she plans on entirely abandoning her life in the Big Apple, but all signs on social media point to yes.

After her daughter Hannah moved out, the queen of “making it nice” parted ways with the Carnegie Hill condo she purchased in 2006 for $1.2 million.
She’s starting fresh with a sun-drenched 3-bedroom pad at luxury rental building Oriana in Sutton Place. It’s certainly worthy of being a Real Housewives of New York home, and Medley seems to love it. She’s made it quite clear to her boyfriend, John, that he better back it up because this apartment is all hers.
Luann de Lesseps’s new NYC home is surely fit for royalty.
For a while, Luann shacked up in the bridal suite at Lady Morgan’s townhouse. Then, she shared a luxury Lenox Hill penthouse with Tom D’Agostino during their doomed seven-month marriage. Now, the countess has left her latest Upper West Side digs.
She now resides in a sunny new Manhattan apartment — that is, when’s not doing sun salutations with her pooch, Aston, at her $6 million waterfront home in Sag Harbor.
After 20 years of calling the Upper East Side home, the Singer Stinger has sold her gracious 2,500-square-foot apartment. (Yes, the one she renovated in season 9 with contractor Mario after divorcing ex-husband Mario.)
She’s now holed up in a sleek, modern bachelorette pad 20 blocks south in Midtown. When not sipping Ramona Pinot with the other ladies in the Big Apple, Singer still heads out east to her 7,000 square-foot retreat in Southampton for some much-needed turtle time.
We know all about most of the Real Housewives of New York’s homes, but what about newbie Leah McSweeney? The native Manhattanite and founder of fashion line Married to the Mob lives downtown, in Chelsea, and Luann de Lesseps is anything but impressed by the apartment. Oh well — elegance is learned, after all!
