Brendan Sweeney

Brendan Sweeney is the co-founder of Byson Real Estate Co. and an advisor who brings a calm, thoughtful approach to helping clients navigate the NYC market. He focuses on Long Island City, the Brooklyn waterfront, and Manhattan, pairing local expertise with clear, research-driven guidance.

Brendan emphasizes long-term relationships over any single transaction. His approach is simple: operate in the client’s best interest, offer honest perspective, and provide the clarity needed to make confident, informed decisions.

Before co-founding Byson Real Estate Co., Brendan worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG, where he consulted for major financial institutions including Citi and Goldman Sachs. He holds a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University. Brendan lives in Long Island City with his wife and daughter, and is usually working on trending his golf handicap in the right direction or playing in local amateur tournaments.
