Brian Morgan

A native of Dix Hills, New York, Brian Morgan has been a resident of New York City since 1999. Since joining Citi Habitats in 2005, Brian’s dedication, tenacity and unequaled professionalism have earned him the title of Senior Vice President and made him an undeniable asset to the firm. In his first year with the company, Brian was named Rookie of the Year in 2006 and has been a Platinum Award winner from 2006 – 2010. His honest service, guidance and expertise also earned him a nomination for REBNY’s Deal of the Year Award in 2007. Brian was most recently recognized as the top sales agent in the Citi Habitats Relocation office in 2010.

In 2009, Brian created the Morgan Manhattan Group, a team of dedicated and experienced agents working toward one common goal: providing his clients the highest level of customer service and personalized attention.  Brian’s knowledge of both the sales and rental market have resulted in a strong referral base and have proven to be extremely beneficial to his clientele. His extensive research, effective marketing and vast experience help him foresee problems and proactively produce solutions.  Brian knows Manhattan inside and out and is an expert in both the condo closing process and the inner workings of completing a co-op board package to finalize a sale.

Prior to his real estate career, Brian earned his B.A. in Communications from Penn State University and then pursued his interest in film. He received a film certificate from New York University while completing internships at David Letterman, One Life to Live and the WWE. Brian went on to work on a number of films including Double Parked (winner of the 2000 Slamdance Film Festival), Heartbreak Hospital and the animated film, Robots.

Brian actively supports the community and is a co-founder of the non-profit organization, Kid Care. His charity’s mission is to work with underprivileged and homeless children in the community to alleviate the stresses that impoverished children often face and give them every opportunity to thrive. Simply put their goal is to ‘Let Kids be Kids’. Each year KidCare sponsors a little league team, organizes a ‘Job Hop’ which helps connect children in the community with career opportunities and also hosts a holiday toy drive. Brian also volunteered with Volunteers of America (Operation Backpack), The American Heart Association, Voices for Brain Cancer and has worked within the community at PS7 Samuel Stern School; he especially enjoys the opportunity to work with children.
