About

1001 Grand Concourse was designed by Art Deco architect Howard Ginsbern. His work can be seen on several properties along the Grand Concourse such as the Fish Building located a few blocks north of this property. Erected in 1941, 1001 Grand Concourse has maintained it’s charm along the rows of pre-war buildings. Many of the units overlook the beautiful Joyce Kilmer Park, and its neighbor, All Hallows Catholic High School. The apartments are on the large size and offer spacious rooms.
