About

This art deco landmarked building was constructed in 1930 when exposed beamed ceilings were a must and converted to a co-operative in 1986. There are two penthouses and a few units have been combined to create up to a 7 room unit. The apartments were built as studios, one-bedrooms, or 2 bedroom units throughout the 12 floors. Many of the units enjoy open city views. You enter through a double set of glass-paned doors and descend into the beautifully restored impressive lobby, a grey diamond pattern floor in soft contrast to the white walls.
