1020 Carroll Street

1020 Carroll Street is a 2-story, four unit pre-war building that was built in 1924. In 2016 all the apartments were restored with modern amenities such as stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and cherry wood cabinetry. The apartments still have their most of its original detailing including oak hardwood floors and classic octagon shaped glass doorknobs throughout. The building is semi-detached, separated by a party driveway shared with neighbors that lead to garage spaces in the back of the buildings.
