105 West 11th Street

Originally constructed for Peter McLaughlin in 1842, 105 West 11th Street is a four story, 21’ wide Greek Revival townhouse with a Neo-Grec cornice. The structure was part of Hurry-Youngs row of simple Greek Revivals, stretching mid-way along West 11th Street between 6th and 7th Avenue. Occupying a substantial 21’ x 103’ lot in prime Greenwich Village, 105 West 11th Street has been beautifully updated and custom renovated with imported timber, five wood burning fireplaces, and casement windows.
