111 East 80’Th is one of my favorite blocks on Manhattans Upper East Side. This pre-war luxury elevator building features a manned elevator and luxurious lobby. This building is only 9 stories high and only contains 31 units, limited to 4 per floor. It retains that small intimate feel-so often lost with its grand Park Ave. neighbors. The units are spacious and many offer wood-burning fireplaces and beamed ceilings. I especially like the south facing units that offer an abundance of sunshine and tree top views.
