Located on the Southeast around the corner of 91st Street in Carnegie Hill, 1133 Park Avenue is a 16-story prewar building, built in 1924 and incorporated in 1954. This red-brick neo-Italian Renaissance style with two-story limestone base was designed by Nathan Korn; the builder was Harris H. Uris. The 9th and 12th floors have wrought-iron, railed balconettes under the windows. Pets and washers and dryers are permitted. There are storage bins for each apartment, bike rooms, and a laundry room.
