122 Spring Street

In the heart of SoHo you will find the 6 story building 122 Spring St. It was originally built as warehouses, and then converted into artists lofts in the 60’s. The building is easy to miss from the outside, but if you are ever lucky enough to get into an apartment it is unforgettable. There is a keyed elevator with two units on each floor. Every unit has tall ceilings and many have left the exposed brick. There are also skylights in the 6th floor units, and for being in the middle of everything, the coop apartments are as quiet as can be.
