About

A cornerstone walk up condominium, the Minthorne House is a notable example of a prewar architecture in heart of the East Village. The site was formerly part of the Minthorne Farm, a 50 acre plot sold to Philip Minthorne by the Dutch East India Company in the 18th century. The structure was built in 1841 and consists of only three residential units across five stories. Nearby neighborhood favorites include three green spaces (First Park, Peretz Square and Sara D. Roosevelt Park) Russ and Daughters, Lucien, Prune, and Juicy Lucy.
