13 White Street

17 White St also known as 13-19 White St is a 6 floor elevator building with 17 units (some have been combined). It was built in 1890 and was originally used as a leather, and garment factory. The charm of the hall way has been maintained to keep the building original character with its large sliding factory doors separating the hallway area. All the apartments are loft styled, featuring high ceiling ~12ft and higher, there are 3-4 units per floor ranging from large loft studio to 4 bedrooms.
