130 West 71st Street

West 71st Street Tenants Inc. is a co-op consisting of the buildings at 130, 132, and 134 West 71st Street. These three walk-up buildings house 28 resident units (originally 10 per building, but some have been combined). These were built in 1910 and converted from rental to co-op in 1982. The three separate building entrances are on the garden level (no stoop) with pretty little awnings. The façade is brown stucco. There are well-kept and tasteful trash receptacles in the front of the building, and trash is managed by the part-time super.
