About

Originally designed by architect Alfred Zucker, and built in 1888, 132-140 Greene Street is a set of three identical cast-iron loft buildings that were converted to co-operative use in 1990. There are around 20 residential units and 3 commercial retail spaces in the co-op. Most of the upper floors of the buildings are split into front and rear lofts with exceptional 35ft interior widths and ceilings high enough to accommodate partial mezzanine levels in most units.
