This Prewar, brown, sandstone building is a landmark building, an extremely rare 3-story, low-rise building strategically located on the corner of 77th Street and 3rd Avenue.

This location is literally steps away from the subway line, no longer than a 15-second walk onto the East Side’s only subway line (until 2016).
